In the first year we are limiting participation to 500 people. We believe in the power of small gatherings to initiate big changes. We are also mindful of respecting the local community and land by limiting our impact.
Kids are the voice of the future, from whom we have much to learn, and we welcome families and the participation of kids of all ages. Kids are free from 0-4 and kids from 5-14 have reduced price tickets.
Our philosophy is that if you choose to be part of this journey it is for the full experience. Each day is carefully curated to build a narrative that culminates on the last day. The work and play we have to do together requires everyone to commit to the full length of the festival.
Depending on your passport there are three options to enter Indonesia that apply to most travelers that come for tourist or social purpose only.

We cannot offer refunds on tickets but you can change the name on your ticket.
Most importantly an open mind, ready to learn and teach. Other useful things will be a notebook, flashlight, waterproof (we can get heavy short rainfall bursts in April), and a plug adaptor for Indonesia. We will provide you with a water bottle on arrival and there will be water filters on site so please minimize use of plastic bottles.
During Nyepi Day, an important religious day in Bali , which falls on March 28th, visitors and the public are not allowed to leave (or arrive) the premises of hotels from 6am to 6am the following day; all public activities will cease, hotels remain operational with limited staff; the airport will not operate any flights.
